As you may know, in March 2009 Kodak discontinued wholesale photofinishing, which was operated by its subsidiary company, Qualex, Inc.  On March 30, 2009, the last three remaining Kodak labs in the U.S. and Canada were closed.  In addition to our press release, we posted information on our Web site and provided notices (photograms) to customers who were sending in their prepaid mailers for processing.  Kodak also provided goodwill and extended photofinishing services, through a third party, until December 31, 2009.  Regrettably, those programs have now ended and no extensions have been provided.

With the closing of these laboratories, services for Kodak prepaid mailers are no longer available, and they no longer hold any value. However, film processing may still be available from independent labs, depending on what type of film you need to have developed.
