As you may know, early in 2012, Kodak ceased production of digital cameras, pocket video cameras, and digital picture frames. In addition, Kodak printer docks were discontinued in 2010 while the media for them (i.e., ink and paper) was discontinued in 2011.  Because all products are discontinued, all downloads and drivers, including Easyshare software, are no longer available for download. And we no longer carry any spare parts for these products.

Live chat, email, and phone support are, regrettably, no longer available for these discontinued products.

However, you may find available user guides and troubleshooting information by visiting our Web site at www.kodak.com/go/support. If you're looking for an accessory, an Internet search may be of help.

Since we no longer provide live chat, email, letter or phone support, we are sorry to say, any further correspondence received regarding a consumer digital product will, regrettably, not be acknowledged as there are no longer any consumer digital agents to address your inquiry.

Also, there is a line of cameras being sold currently under the Kodak name, licensed by JK Imaging. If you’ve purchased your camera more recently, we suggest you check the manual to see if JK Imaging is listed as the appropriate contact.
