What should I do if my all-in-one printer freezes and doesn't respond when I push any buttons? Print

To resolve the problem, power cycle your printer.

Press the power button to turn off your printer, then press the power button again to turn on your printer.
If the power button is not responsive:
1. Unplug the power cord from the back of your printer.
2. Wait 15 seconds.
3. Plug the power cord into the back of your printer, then press the power button to turn on your printer.
