How do I resolve the error message "Print error. The print job was not completed. Press OK to continue (3602)" that I get with my all-in-one printer? Print

When this error occurs, the printer may eject the paper without printing (blank print).

To resolve the error:

Press the Power button to turn off the printer
Wait for all the lights to go off.
Press the Power button to turn on the printer.
Try printing again.

If the error continues, and you are using a computer with MAC OS, turn off "Advanced dot placement mode":

Open the document you want to print.
Select File > Print.
Select Show Details.
Select Printer Options.
Clear the Advanced dot placement mode check box.
Try printing again.
