To send a color fax from a KODAK Printer:

  1. Press the color start button when sending the fax. 
  2. If your printer doesn't have a color start button:
    1. From the printer control panel, press Home.
    2. Select Fax Settings (or Options depending on your printer model), then press OK (if applicable to your printer model).
    3. Select Color Mode, then press OK (if applicable to your printer model).
    4. Select Color, then press OK (if applicable to your printer model).
  3. The KODAK Printer receiving the fax must have the Error correction set to ON:
    1. From the printer control panel, press Home. 
    2. Select Fax Settings (or Options depending on your printer model), then press OK (if applicable to your printer model).
    3. Scroll to Error Correction, and make sure it is set to ON.
