1. Right-click the picture in Home Center and click Refresh.
  2. If the broken thumbnail remains:
    1. Open the picture in another program and save the image as a different file format.
    2. Open the picture in Home Center Software again.

Supported file formats for Home Center Software are:

  • For editing and printing pictures, and for creating 3D pictures:

    • JPG
    • JPEG
    • PNG
    • BMP
    • GIF
    • TIF
  • For printing pictures from video:

    • MOV
    • MP4
    • AVI
