This error occurs when there is a communication error between the software and the printer.
- Turn off your printer and computer.
- Restart the printer.
- Follow the printer LCD prompts to clear any error conditions.
- Start the computer.
- Run the ADVENT Printer Setup Utility again.
- Select Start > Programs > Advent > ADVENT Printer Setup Utility.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your printer.
- Try printing again.
If the error continues:
- Cancel all print jobs.
- From your computer, select Start > Settings > Printers and Faxes (or Start > Printers and Faxes).
- Select your ADVENT Printer.
- Right-click a print job, then select Cancel.
- When all print jobs are canceled, restart your computer and try printing again.
