For WINDOWS VISTA or WINDOWS 7 OS:

Right-click the KODAK AiO Home Center icon on your computer desktop.
Select Properties.
Select the Compatibility tab.
Under Privilege Level, select Run this program as an administrator.
Select Change settings for all users.
Select Run this program as an administrator, then click OK.
Click OK.
