Your computer and your all-in-one printer are not communicating correctly.

To resolve this error condition:

  • Close the software application that you are using, then restart the application and try using the printer again.

If the error continues:

  1. Restart your computer.
  2. Press the ON/OFF button on the printer control panel to restart your printer.
  3. Try the using the software application again.
