- If you can print from another application, the problem could be related to the Web page you are trying to print. Follow the steps below:
- In INTERNET EXPLORER, select Tools > Internet Options > Advanced.
- Scroll down to Printing and select the Print background colors and images check box.
- Click Apply, then click OK.
- Try printing again.
- If the problem continues, close INTERNET EXPLORER, then reopen it.
- Go to the same Web page and try to print again.
