This error can occur if the printer queue is added via IP Address instead of Default (Bonjour).
To resolve the issue:
- Make sure your printer is turned on and connected to your Wi-Fi network.
- Select Menu (or Home) from the printer control panel.
- Select Network Settings, then press OK.
- Select View Network Configuration, then press OK.
- Check that Connection: Connected is displayed.
- Verify that the wireless (Wi-Fi) network status light on the control panel is illuminated a steady blue (not flashing).
- Remove the existing queue for your all-in-one printer.
- Go to Apple menu > System Preferences > Print & Fax.
- In the left-hand column, highlight the Kodak printer.
- Click the "-" minus sign underneath the printer list to delete the printer.
- When prompted, click Delete Printer.
- Make sure the print queue is added properly.
- Go to Apple menu > System Preferences > Print & Fax.
- Click the "+" plus sign.
- Make sure you select the Default tab instead of the IP tab.
- Select your printer from the printer list.
NOTE: The Kind is listed as Bonjour. - Click Add.
- Resend your print job to the printer.
