To resolve the message:
- Make sure that your printer is connected to a wireless network:
- On your printer control panel, press Home.
- Select Network Settings, then press OK.
- Select View Network Configuration, then press OK.
NOTE: Scroll down to make sure Connection: Connected is displayed, and there is a valid IP Address (not all zeros). Also, make sure that your printer Wi-Fi indication light is lit solid blue (not flashing). - If your printer is not connected to a wireless network, see your Wireless Networking Setup Guide.
- Try to scan to the network folder again.
