If you start a scan and nothing happens, a pop-up blocker may be turned on at your mobile device. Refer to the user manual for your device to turn off the pop-up blocker for the Web browser. Opera Mobile browser for ANDROID Devices does not support pop-ups, so you cannot perform a Web scan. Use another Web browser as a work around.

Occasionally, the scanning output doesn't appear when you cancel a Web scan job from a mobile device browser, then start it again on the KODAK Online Printer Management Tool.

To resolve the issue:


  1. Try the Web scan again.
    1. Close the browser in your mobile device.
    2. Reopen the browser, then enter the printer IP Address to launch the KODAK Online Printer Management Tool.
    3. Select the Applications tab, then try the Web scan again.
