To resolve the issue:
- Close the Irfanview or Photoshop application.
- Reopen the application, then try to scan again with the Paper Source set to Flatbed instead of ADF.
Or:
Use Home Center software to scan:
- Open Home Center software.
- Select Scan Documents and Pictures.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the scan.
NOTE: You can scan from Automatic Document Feeder or scanner glass with your all-in-one printer.
