First, try closing Home Center Software and reopening it.

If the error continues, and your printer is connected using a Wi-Fi network or an Ethernet cable:

  1. Verify that your printer is on. (Power button is illuminated).
  2. Verify that your printer is connected to your Wi-Fi or Ethernet network.
    NOTE: If your connection type is Wi-Fi, the blue LED will be lit (not blinking) on the front of the printer.
  3. Verify that your computer is connected to your Wi-Fi or Ethernet network.
  4. If you recently upgraded to the latest KODAK All-in-One Printer Software, restart your computer.

If the error continues, and your printer is connected with a USB cable:

  1. Verify that your printer is on. (Power button is illuminated).
  2. Verify that the USB cable is connected to your printer and computer.
  3. If you recently upgraded to the latest KODAK All-in-One Printer Software, restart your computer.
