When images are printed directly from a memory card, thumb drive or PictBridge compatible camera that is connected to the printer, one of the following settings is applied to produce the best output based on the aspect ratio of the image:

  • Fill (zoom and crop)
  • Fit (no crop)

NOTE: You can use a preferred photo editing application to print images without cropping.

To resolve the issue:

Download or transfer the image to your computer first, then print the image with your all-in-one printer.

Printing from a WINDOWS Operating System:

  1. Start Home Center Software.
  2. Select Edit and Print Pictures.
  3. Locate and select the image that you want to print, then click Next.
  4. Edit the picture as desired, then click Next.
  5. Select the Printer, Print Size and Paper Size options.
  6. Click the zoom out (-) button to adjust the image so it is not cropped in the preview window.
  7. Click Print.

Printing from a MAC OS:

  1. Double click the image you would like to print.
  2. Select File > Print.
  3. Click the triangle next to the print selection to expand the pane.
  4. Select the Paper Size.
  5. Under Scale to Fit, select Print Entire Image.
  6. Select Print.
