To resolve the issue:

  1. Make sure your printer is connected to your computer.
  2. Press OK to clear the error message and continue to use Home Center.

If you cannot clear the error, or if it occurs again:

  1. Press Home on the printer control panel.
  2. Select Printer Settings, then press OK.
  3. Select Reset All Settings, then press OK.
  4. If your printer is connected wirelessly, you will need to reconnect to your network:
    • Press Home.
    • Select Network Settings, then press OK.
    • Select WiFi Setup Wizard, then press OK.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your wireless network.

If the error still continues:

  1. Press the On/Off button to turn off your printer.
  2. Wait 30 seconds.
  3. Press the On/Off button to turn on your printer.
