To resolve the issue:
- Make sure your printer is connected to your computer.
- Press OK to clear the error message and continue to use Home Center.
If you cannot clear the error, or if it occurs again:
- Press Home on the printer control panel.
- Select Printer Settings, then press OK.
- Select Reset All Settings, then press OK.
- If your printer is connected wirelessly, you will need to reconnect to your network:
- Press Home.
- Select Network Settings, then press OK.
- Select WiFi Setup Wizard, then press OK.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your wireless network.
If the error still continues:
- Press the On/Off button to turn off your printer.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Press the On/Off button to turn on your printer.
