If you experience this error when trying to scan using a program such as MICROSOFT Paint or ADOBE Photoshop, try the following:
- Make sure your printer is turned on.
- Make sure your all-in-one printer is connected to your computer with a high-speed USB 2.0 cable, or to your network (Wi-Fi or Ethernet, on applicable models).
- If you are using the Automatic Document Feeder, be sure the original is loaded properly.
