This issue can occur when you print a test page from the Status Monitor on your computer, but your printer has lost the wireless (Wi-Fi) connection.
To resolve the issue:
- Cycle the power for your printer:
- Disconnect the power cord from your printer.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Connect the power cord.
- Press the On/Off button to turn on your printer, if necessary.
- When the printer is ready, you can print the test page directly from the printer control panel:
- Press Home.
- Select Maintenance, then press OK.
- Select Print Test Page, then press OK.
- Load plain paper and press Start.
NOTE: You can also try to print Test Page from Status Monitor again.
