This issue can occur when you print a test page from the Status Monitor on your computer, but your printer has lost the wireless (Wi-Fi) connection.

To resolve the issue:

  1. Cycle the power for your printer:  
    • Disconnect the power cord from your printer.
    • Wait 30 seconds.
    • Connect the power cord.
    • Press the On/Off button to turn on your printer, if necessary.
  2. When the printer is ready, you can print the test page directly from the printer control panel:
    • Press Home.
    • Select Maintenance, then press OK.
    • Select Print Test Page, then press OK.
    • Load plain paper and press Start.

NOTE: You can also try to print Test Page from Status Monitor again.
