If your printer stops responding and the print queue on your computer displays "Printing":

  1. Power cycle your printer.
    1. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
    2. Wait for 30 seconds.
    3. Plug the power cord into the back of  the printer.
  2. Try to send the print job again.



This issue can happen when customers leave the Home Center open in MAC OS for a long time (such as overnight); when they try to send the print job, the printer and printer queue will hang at "printing" message.
