If your printer stops responding and the print queue on your computer displays "Printing":
- Power cycle your printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
- Wait for 30 seconds.
- Plug the power cord into the back of the printer.
- Try to send the print job again.
This issue can happen when customers leave the Home Center open in MAC OS for a long time (such as overnight); when they try to send the print job, the printer and printer queue will hang at "printing" message.
