Make sure you set up the printer correctly to print:

  1. Press Home on the printer control panel.
  2. Select View and Print Photos, then press OK.
  3. Verify that the settings are what you want the prints to be, especially for Color and Print Size
    • Press the left or right arrow buttons to make any changes.
  4. Select Save as Defaults, then press OK.
  5. Select Yes, then press OK
  6. Reinsert the memory card and try to print again.

If the problem continues:

  2. If the demo sheet has the same quality issue as the print from the memory card, see  
  3. If the quality of the demo sheet is acceptable, your printer is working properly. The issue could be related to the pictures on the memory card. 

    Do the following to resolve the quality issue:
    • Insert a different memory card into your printer and print pictures from that card.
      or
    • Copy the pictures from the memory card to your computer, then print the pictures using Home Center Software.
