To resolve the problem:

  1. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
  2. Wait 30 seconds.
  3. Connect the power cord to the printer.

If the problem continues:

  1. Delete the printer from the printer queue.
    1. Click Start > Settings > Printers and Faxes
    2. Right-click your all-in-one printer name, then click Delete.
  2. Set up your printer:
    1. Click Start > Programs > Kodak > Kodak Printer Setup Utility
    2. Follow the on screen instructions to set up the printer.
