To resolve the problem:
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Connect the power cord to the printer.
If the problem continues:
- Delete the printer from the printer queue.
- Click Start > Settings > Printers and Faxes
- Right-click your all-in-one printer name, then click Delete.
- Set up your printer:
- Click Start > Programs > Kodak > Kodak Printer Setup Utility
- Follow the on screen instructions to set up the printer.
