To change from a USB connection to a Wi-Fi connection (WINDOWS OS):
- Disconnect the USB cable from the printer and computer.
IMPORTANT: For detailed instructions on connecting the printer to a wireless network, see Chapter 2 of the Extended User Guide for your printer. - Connect the printer to a wireless network:
- From the printer control panel, press Home (or Menu).
- Select Network Settings, then press OK.
- Select Wi-Fi Setup Wizard, then press OK.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to a wireless network.
When the printer is connected to a wireless network, the Wi-Fi indicator LED on the printer will glow steady (not off or flashing).
- Connect the printer to the computer:
- From the computer, select Start > Programs > Kodak > KODAK Printer Setup Utility.
- If the wireless all-in-one printer (example: KodakESP9200+0069) is notlisted:
- Select No, my printer is not listed, then click Next.
- Select your printer from the list.
- Select Network - Wireless/Wi-Fi, then click Next.
When the printer is detected, the printer driver installation begins.
- If the wireless all-in-one printer (example: KodakESP9200+0069) is listed:
- Highlight the all-in-one printer that is connected to your network.
- Select Yes, my printer is listed, then click Next.
When the printer is detected, the printer driver installation begins.
- When the driver installation is complete, click Done.
When the printer is wirelessly connected, it will be listed as the name of the printer plus a number (for example, KodakESP9200+0069).
To change from USB connection to a Wi-Fi connection (MAC OS):
- Disconnect the USB cable from the printer and computer.

- From the printer control panel, press Home (or Menu).
- Select Network Settings, then press OK.
- Select Wi-Fi Setup Wizard, then press OK.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to a wireless network.

- Select Apple > System Preferences.
- Under Hardware, select Print & Fax or Print & Scan.
- Click + in the dialog box.
- Select your printer from the list.
- Click Add, if required.
When the printer is wirelessly connected, it will be listed as the name of the printer plus a number (for example, Kodak ESP9200+0069).
To change from a USB connection to an Ethernet connection (WINDOWS OS):
Before you connect, you need:
- An Ethernet network that includes a router, switch, or hub with an Ethernet port.
A Category 5 (or higher) Ethernet cable.
- Disconnect the USB cable from the printer and computer.
- Connect the Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port on the back of the printer.
- Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to an available Ethernet port on a router, switch, or hub.
- Select Start > Programs > Kodak > KODAK Printer Setup Utility.
- Select No, my printer is not listed, then click Next.
- Select your printer from the printer drop-down list.
- Select Network - Ethernet cable, then click Next.
The Printer Setup Utility searches for the printer and connects automatically. Click Done.
To change from a USB connection to an Ethernet connection (MAC OS):
Before you connect, you need:
- An Ethernet network that includes a router, switch, or hub with an Ethernet port.
A Category 5 (or higher) Ethernet cable.
- Disconnect the USB cable from the printer and computer.
- Connect the Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port on the back of the printer.
- Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to an available Ethernet port on a router, switch, or hub.
- Select Apple > System Preferences.
- Under Hardware, select Print & Fax or Print & Scan.
- Click + in the dialog box.
- Click Add, if required.
To change from a Wi-Fi connection to an Ethernet connection:
Connect the printer to the network (LAN port on the Router) with an Ethernet cable.
To change from an Ethernet connection to a Wi-Fi connection (WINDOWS and MAC OS):
- Disconnect the Ethernet cable from the printer.
- Set up the wireless network from the printer front panel.
See Chapter 2 of the Extended User Guide for your printer for instructions on setting up the printer on a wireless network. - On the printer control panel, press Menu.
- Navigate to the Network Settings menu.
Select View Network Configuration and confirm that you have a non-zero IP address.
To change from a Wi-Fi or Ethernet network connection to a USB connection (WINDOWS OS):
- Disconnect the Ethernet cable from the printer, if applicable.
- Select Start > Programs > Kodak > KODAK Printer Setup Utility.
- Select No, my printer is not listed, then click Next.
- Select your printer from the printer drop-down list.
- Select USB cable.
- Connect the printer to the computer with a high-speed USB 2.0 cable, then click Next as needed (usually the search begins automatically when the USB cable is connected).
The Printer Setup Utility searches for the printer and connects automatically. - Click Done.
To change from a Wi-Fi or Ethernet network connection to a USB connection (MAC OS):
- Disconnect the Ethernet cable from the printer, if applicable.
- Connect the printer to the computer with a high-speed USB 2.0 cable.
- Select System Preferences > Print & Fax.
- Click the + (plus) sign, then select the Kodak printer to add to a wireless network.
