- From your computer, access Device Manager.
- For WINDOWS XP Operating System:
- Right-click My Computer, then select Properties.
- Select the Hardware tab, then Device Manager.
- For WINDOWS 7 or VISTA Operating System:
- Click Start -> in the Start Search box.
- Type Dev (without pressing Enter); wait for a list to appear.
- Click Device Manager.
- Select View > Show hidden devices.
- Select Printers.
- Select Action > Uninstall.
- Select Action > Scan for hardware changes.
- Double-click the KODAK AiO Home Center icon.
If the error message appears again:
- Set administrator rights for Home Center Software:
- For WINDOWS XP Operating System:
- Right-click the KODAK AiO Home Center icon.
- Click Properties.
- Click the Compatibility tab.
- Clear all the check boxes.
- Click Apply, then OK.
- For WINDOWS 7 or VISTA Operating System:
- Right-click the KODAK AiO Home Center Icon.
- Scroll down and select Properties.
- Click the Compatibility tab.
- Select the check box for Run this program as administrator.
- Click OK.
- Double-click the KODAK AiO Home Center icon.
