1. From your computer, access Device Manager.
    • For WINDOWS XP Operating System:

      • Right-click My Computer, then select Properties.
      • Select the Hardware tab, then Device Manager.
    • For WINDOWS 7 or VISTA Operating System:

      • Click Start -> in the Start Search box.
      • Type Dev (without pressing Enter); wait for a list to appear.
      • Click Device Manager.
  2. Select View > Show hidden devices.
  3. Select Printers.
  4. Select Action > Uninstall.
  5. Select Action > Scan for hardware changes.
  6. Double-click the KODAK AiO Home Center icon.

If the error message appears again:

  1. Set administrator rights for Home Center Software:
    • For WINDOWS XP Operating System:

      • Right-click the KODAK AiO Home Center icon.
      • Click Properties.
      • Click the Compatibility tab.
      • Clear all the check boxes.
      • Click Apply, then OK.
    • For WINDOWS 7 or VISTA Operating System:

      • Right-click the KODAK AiO Home Center Icon.
      • Scroll down and select Properties.
      • Click the Compatibility tab.
      • Select the check box for Run this program as administrator.
      • Click OK.
  2. Double-click the KODAK AiO Home Center icon.
