If you select Manual Duplex from the Print dialog box in MICROSOFT Word 2003, the printer ejects the first sheet after the pages are manually turned over to print the second side.
To prevent this problem, select Two-sided printing- manual from the Layout tab of the all-in-one Windows printer driver.
If your all-one-printer supports automatic, two-sided printing (ESP 7 or ESP 9), use the duplex feature to make two-sided
prints:
- In Word 2003, select the Print menu.
- Select Properties to open the KODAK ESP 9 AIO Document Properties window.
- Select the Layout tab.
- Select Automatically with Duplexer.
- Print the two-sided job.
