- Within the Control Panel, double-click to Select WINDOWS Firewall.
- Click the Exceptions tab.
- Click the Add Program button.
- Click the Browse button.
- Navigate to C:>Program Files>Bonjour>mDNSResponder.exe.
- Select mDNSResponder.exe.
- Click Open. Make sure that mDNSResponder.exe is highlighted in the Exceptions list.
- Click OK to add mDNSResponder to the Exceptions list.
- Repeat steps 3 through 8 for:
- AiOHomeCenter.exe
- EKDiscovery.exe
- When navigating in step 5:
- If you have Home Center Software v4.2 or later, navigate to C: > Program Files > Kodak > AiO > Center.
- If you have Home Center Software v3.4 or earlier, navigate to C: > Program Files > Kodak > Printer > Center.
- Only if you have Home Center Software v3.4 or earlier, repeat steps 3 through 8 again for KodakSvc.exe.
- Navigate to to C:\Program Files\Kodak\AiO\Center.
- The check boxes should be selected for:
- EKDiscovery
- Kodak AiO Home Center
- KodakSvc (for Home Center Software v3.4 or earlier only)
- mDNSResponder
- Click OK.
- Close the Control Panel.
- Restart your computer.
