To resolve this error:

  1. Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
  2. Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset.
  3. Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn on the printer, if necessary. 

If the error continues:

  1. Open the printer access door.
  2. Remove and  two times.
  3. Close the printer access door. 
  4. Wait until the printer is ready to use.


if the error continues, we're sorry, but your printer cannot be recovered. All support for these printers has been discontinued as of September 2019.
