The Twain scanner driver may be detecting another scan source that is connected to your computer using a USB cable.

If another scan device is connected to your computer using a USB cable:

  1. Disconnect the other scan device.
  2. Connect your all-in-one printer with a USB cable.
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. If your all-in-one printer is detected, scan a job to your computer using your all-in-one printer.

To use another scan device with your all-in-one printer connected:

  1. Disconnect the USB cable from both devices.
  2. Connect your all-in-one printer first and allow the system to detect it.
  3. Once the system finds the printer, connect the other USB scan device.
