The Twain scanner driver may be detecting another scan source that is connected to your computer using a USB cable.
If another scan device is connected to your computer using a USB cable:
- Disconnect the other scan device.
- Connect your all-in-one printer with a USB cable.
- Restart your computer.
- If your all-in-one printer is detected, scan a job to your computer using your all-in-one printer.
To use another scan device with your all-in-one printer connected:
- Disconnect the USB cable from both devices.
- Connect your all-in-one printer first and allow the system to detect it.
- Once the system finds the printer, connect the other USB scan device.
