After connecting my digital camera to a computer running the WINDOWS 2000 or WINDOWS XP Operating System, the camera transfers pictures, but I cannot access the drive letter associated with the camera in My Computer. How do I fix this? Print

To resolve this problem, you need to allow full sharing privileges for this drive. Do the following:

Connect the camera to the computer.
Double-click the My Computer icon.
Right-click the drive letter associated with the camera, then select Sharing.
Select Share this folder.
In the User Limit field, select Maximum allowed.
Click Apply, and then OK.

NOTE: Depending on how the operating system is set up, you may have to do this procedure every time you try to access the camera.
