To resolve:
- Move the router and printer closer together (closer than 50 ft).
- Run the Wi-Fi Setup Wizard again.
On the printer, select: Network Settings > Wi-Fi Setup Wizard
If problem continues work with your router support team to:
- Confirm that the router is set to communicate at 2.4 GHZ, (not 5.4 GHZ).
- Change security to a lower setting:
- Temporarily set the router security to an open mode and then run the printers Wi-Fi setup wizard.
- Once the printer successfully finds and connects to the router, restore the router security settings. Restore security setting to the highest level that supports the printer connection.
