Your network device discovery is blocked by your Internet security firewall.

To enable your computer to communicate with your all-in-one printer, you must allow the following using your firewall software:

  • Port 9322-9331 TCP in both directions
  • Port 5353 UDP in both directions
  • IGMP Protocol in both directions

IMPORTANT: Contact your firewall manufacturer for information about allowing these connections.

After you make the changes, you may need to turn your printer off, then turn it on.

If error 101-4102 continues when the customer clicks Test Connection (after making changes), the printer will require a Static IP address.
