To resolve:

  1. Right-click the KODAK AiO Home Center icon on the desktop, then choose Properties.
  2. Select the Compatibility tab.
  3. Under Display settings, clear the Run in 256 colors check box.
  4. Click Apply, then click OK.
  5. Start Home Center Software.

If the problem continues:

  1. Right-click the computer desktop, then choose Properties.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Set the screen resolution to 1280 x 768.
  4. Select Apply, then click OK.
