Your network device discovery is blocked by your Internet security firewall.
To enable your computer to communicate with your all-in-one printer, you must unblock the following using your firewall software:
- Port 9322-9331 TCP in both directions
- Port 5353 UDP in both directions
- IGMP Protocol in both directions
IMPORTANT: Contact your firewall manufacturer for information about unblocking these connections.
After you make changes, you may need to turn your printer off, then turn it on.
