- Cancel the print request:
- From your computer keyboard, press the Windows key + R, then type net stop spooler in the box.
- Click OK.
- Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard again, then type net start spooler.
- Click OK.
- Restart your printer.
- Try printing again.
