  2. If your printer is set up using a static IP Address, Scan To is not supported. Try to initiate the scan from the computer, such as by using Home Center Software.

If the problem continues, restart your computer, then try scanning again.

If the problem continues:

  1. Search the Internet for a malware removal program.
  2. Run the program to remove any malware from your computer.
