When you create a mail merge document, the pages are placed in sections. To print the current page or a range of pages with a mail merge document:

1. Select: File (or Office Button) > Print.
2. In the Page Range section, type the range of numbers by specifying only the section numbers. For example: s2-s3 (to print pages 2 to 3).

For more information for your specific version of Word, see the MICROSOFT Word Help.

When this problem occurs, customers may say:

  • they tried to print specific pages of a Word Document (for example, pages 3-5 only).
  • the print never came out of the printer.
  • the spooler spools the job and after a few seconds the job disappears.

If the customer sets the printer preferences to print all pages, the printer will print all the pages.
