- Cancel all print jobs.
- Turn off the printer.
- Wait 5 seconds.
- Turn on the printer.
- If your printer is connected via USB cable, make sure the cable is securely connected.
- If your printer is connected via Wi-Fi, make sure the printer is connected to your network. See Chapter 2 of your printer Extended User Guide to connect your printer to your network.
- Restart the Print spooler:
- Select Start > Run, then type services.msc and click OK.
- Scroll to and right-click Print Spooler, then select Restart.
- Try using the printer again.
If the error continues, the file you are trying to print may be damaged. Try printing another file.
