What should I do if Home Center Software is disconnected when I try to add a printer with ESET Smart Security Firewall installed on my computer?

To resolve this problem:
- Double-click ESET Smart Security Firewall.
- Select Setup > Personal Firewall > IDS > Advanced Options.
- Clear the ICMP protocol message checking checkbox, then click OK.
- Select Start > Programs > Kodak > KODAK Printer Setup Utility, and follow the instructions to set up your printer.
