This message appears when the Paper Output Tray is closed when a print job is started.

  1. Follow the on-screen instructions to open the tray, then press OK to continue.
  2. If the Paper Output Tray is open, but the printer continues to display the error:
    1. Close the Paper Output Tray, then open it again.
    2. Press the OK button.

If the error continues:

  1. Turn off the printer by pressing the On/Off button on the printer.
  2. Wait 30 seconds.
  3. Press the On/Off button again to turn on your printer.
