1. Try to send a print job to your printer from another application (other than a Web browser), such as MICROSOFT Word.
  2. If you can print from another application, the problem could be related to the Web page you are trying to print. Follow the steps below:
    1. In INTERNET EXPLORER, select Tools > Internet Options > Advanced.
    2. Scroll down to Printing and select the Print background colors and images check box.
    3. Click Apply, then click OK.
    4. Try printing again.
    5. If the problem continues, close INTERNET EXPLORER, then reopen it. 
    6. Go to the same Web page and try to print again.
