To resolve the problem:

  • Make sure that your email account is not blocking the email from the printer. You may want to check the Junk or Spam mail boxes. If the email with the scanned file is there, make sure to move it out of the Junk or Spam mail box.
  • Make sure that the recipient's email address is set up correctly.

    1. Type your printer IP Address in the Web browser to open OPMT.
      To find your printer IP Address:
      1. From your printer control panel, select Home.
      2. Select Network Settings, then press OK.
      3. Select View Network Configuration, then press OK.
      4. Make sure the connection is "Connected".
        NOTE: The Wi-Fi connectivity LED on the printer control panel will be lit steady blue (not flashing).
      5. Scroll to the IP Address and record it, making sure it is valid (not all zeros).
    2. Select Settings > Scan to Email > Address Book.
    3. Verify that the recipient's email address is correct.
  • Make sure that the recipient is selected during the Scan to Email operation.
