To resolve the issue:

  1. Open the Stamps.com application.
  2. Select Tools > Configure Printer

  3. Click Next.
  4. Select Envelope - #10 in the Print On drop-down list, then select Yes.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Control+Shift+click the Short Edge icon. The Printer Options box appears.
  7. Clear the L90 check box, make sure all of the other boxes are cleared, then click OK.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Insert a #10 envelope into your printer paper tray. See your printer Extended User Guide for how to insert envelopes. 
  10. Click Print to print a test envelope.
  11. Select Circle, then click Next.
  12. Click Next.
  13. Select Yes, then click Next.
  14. Click Next.
  15. Select envelopes in the left-hand navigation and print.

If the delivery/return address and stamp are shifted or missing on the envelope:

  1. Print the postage stamp (no address information) onto the envelope from the Stamps.com application.
  2. Insert the envelope with the printed stamp into the paper tray of the all-in-one printer. See your printer Extended User Guide for how to insert envelopes.  
  3. Print the delivery/return address information from another application such as MICROSOFT Office Word:
    1. Launch MICROSOFT Office Word.
    2. Select Mailings > Envelopes (the steps may be different based on your version of Word).
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions to print the delivery/return information on the envelope with the printed stamp.
