100-xxxx indicates a problem while using Home Center Software. Search for the exact error code you are experiencing.

EXAMPLE: Search for 100-2106 or 100-2078.

If you do not find an exact match, follow the steps below:

  1. Right-click the KODAK AiO Home Center desktop icon and select Run as.
  2. Select the radio button for The following user, then select the administrator account from the drop-down list.
  3. Make more system memory available by closing programs other than Home Center Software.
  4. If the error occurs when selecting pictures:
    • Check that the pictures are supported file formats:

       Printing and editing pictures and creating 3D picturesPrinting from Video 
      • .jpg
      • .png
      • .bmp
      • .gif
      • .tif
      • .mov
      • .mp4
      • .avi

  5. If the error occurs when printing or scanning:
    • Make sure the printer is securely connected to the computer and appears Ready in the status monitor located in your taskbar.
  6. Use the printer feature you were using when the error occurred.
