100-xxxx indicates a problem while using Home Center Software. Search for the exact error code you are experiencing.
EXAMPLE: Search for 100-2106 or 100-2078.
If you do not find an exact match, follow the steps below:
- Right-click the KODAK AiO Home Center desktop icon and select Run as.
- Select the radio button for The following user, then select the administrator account from the drop-down list.
- Make more system memory available by closing programs other than Home Center Software.
- If the error occurs when selecting pictures:
- Check that the pictures are supported file formats:
Printing and editing pictures and creating 3D pictures Printing from Video - .jpg
- .png
- .bmp
- .gif
- .tif
- .mov
- .mp4
- .avi
- Check that the pictures are supported file formats:
- If the error occurs when printing or scanning:
- Make sure the printer is securely connected to the computer and appears Ready in the status monitor located in your taskbar.
- Use the printer feature you were using when the error occurred.
