If you have auto duplexing enabled on your all-in-one printer, you might experience this problem.

To resolve the problem:

  1. From the application that you use to print the CD label (such as Microsoft Word), select Print.
  2. With your all-in-one printer selected, click Properties.
  3. Select the Layout tab.
  4. Click No to clear the selection next to Automatically with Duplexer.
  5. Click OK to save the change.
  6. Click OK again to print the CD label.
  7. If the problem persists, check the help section of your CD label software and follow the best practices recommendations for correct print alignment.
