If you have auto duplexing enabled on your all-in-one printer, you might experience this problem.
To resolve the problem:
- From the application that you use to print the CD label (such as Microsoft Word), select Print.
- With your all-in-one printer selected, click Properties.
- Select the Layout tab.
- Click No to clear the selection next to Automatically with Duplexer.
- Click OK to save the change.
- Click OK again to print the CD label.
- If the problem persists, check the help section of your CD label software and follow the best practices recommendations for correct print alignment.
