To resolve this error:
- Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
- Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset.
- Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn on the printer if necessary.
- Try printing again.
If the error continues:
- Make sure that the all-in-one printer software is installed and can communicate with your printer.
- Make sure the printer is in Ready mode (idle). If necessary, follow on-screen instructions to clear any error messages.
