To resolve this error:

  1. Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
  2. Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset.
  3. Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn on the printer if necessary.
  4. Try printing again.

If the error continues:

  1. Make sure that the all-in-one printer software is installed and can communicate with your printer.
  2. Make sure the printer is in Ready mode (idle). If necessary, follow on-screen instructions to clear any error messages.
