What should I do if my all-in-one printer stops printing when I try to print a photo from a memory card, a flash drive, or a PICTBRIDGE enabled camera? Print

To resolve the problem:

Power cycle the printer.
1. Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
2. Wait 30 seconds.
3. Connect the power adapter to the printer.
Try to print again.

If the problem continues:

Power cycle the printer again.
Transfer the pictures from your memory card, flash drive, or camera to your computer.
Use Home Center Software to print the transferred pictures from your computer to your printer.
