IMPORTANT: Print this page before doing the following steps to resolve the error.

  1. Shut down EASYSHARE Software, and then restart the software.
  2. If the error condition persists, run the Repair utility:
    1. Select Start > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs.
    2. Select KODAK EASYSHARE Software.
    3. Click Change.
    4. When the Setup Wizard dialog box appears, click Next.
    5. Select Repair, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. If the error condition persists and you have security software (typically referred to as a firewall) installed on your computer, contact the manufacturer of your security software. The manufacturer can help you determine how to allow EASYSHARE Software to access the Internet.
