IMPORTANT: Print this page before doing the following steps to resolve the error.
- Shut down EASYSHARE Software, and then restart the software.
- If the error condition persists, run the Repair utility:
- Select Start > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs.
- Select KODAK EASYSHARE Software.
- Click Change.
- When the Setup Wizard dialog box appears, click Next.
- Select Repair, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
- If the error condition persists and you have security software (typically referred to as a firewall) installed on your computer, contact the manufacturer of your security software. The manufacturer can help you determine how to allow EASYSHARE Software to access the Internet.
