To resolve this problem:
- Open CA Internet Security Suite.
- Select the Open My Internet selection.
- Select Update Settings.
- Under Network Access click Advance Settings.
- Under Higher Priority Security Settings, select the allow incoming IGMP box.
- Under Lower Priority Security Settings, clear all four of the options.
- Restart:
- Bonjour
- KODAK AIO Network Service
- Run the Bonjour printer wizard.
