To resolve this problem:

  1. Open CA Internet Security Suite.
  2. Select the Open My Internet selection.
  3. Select Update Settings.
  4. Under Network Access click Advance Settings.
  5. Under Higher Priority Security Settings, select the allow incoming IGMP box.
  6. Under Lower Priority Security Settings, clear all four of the options.
  7. Restart:
    • Bonjour
    • KODAK AIO Network Service
  8. Run the Bonjour printer wizard.
