If the message "Cannot read memory card. Press OK" is displayed, your memory card may have physical damage or a virus if it has been used without security. To resolve the problem, use another good memory card to verify that the printer's card reader is functioning correctly.
If the message "Unable to display image" is displayed for a few seconds, then a "broken image" graphic is displayed, the image is corrupted or damaged. Either ignore this image and select another image or insert a memory card that you know contains recognizable images.
NOTE: The LCD displays only JPEG images when you insert a memory card. Other file formats (such as BMP, TIF, or GIF) are ignored by the printer.
