- From the program you are using, such as MICROSOFT Word, select Print.
- Click Properties.
NOTE: You might need to select Preferences instead of Properties, depending on your program. - Select the Advanced tab.
- In the Watermark field, click Custom.
- Select the text you want from the list of Available watermarks.
- To add a new watermark:
- Click the New Watermark icon (+) next to "Available watermarks".
- Type the Text you want in the Watermark message field.
- Change the Message angle and Font information as needed.
- Click OK.
- To print the watermark only on the first page of your document, select Print only on first page.
- Click OK to save your settings.
